Service

aigw provides hosted authoritative DNS and GSLB. We aim for high availability, but during beta we do not offer an SLA. Take a sensible backup posture (keep your zone exportable, mirror critical records elsewhere if you can't tolerate downtime) until we publish an SLA.

Acceptable use

• No hosting zones for phishing, malware distribution, CSAM, or sanctioned activity.
• No using aigw as part of a DDoS amplifier (we rate-limit aggressively but please don't try).
• No high-volume programmatic abuse of the magic-link send endpoint. Be a real person or use API keys.
• You're responsible for the records you publish. If you set an A record pointing at something illegal, that's on you.

Suspension + termination

We can suspend zones we believe are being used for any of the above, or that put our infrastructure at risk. We'll email you first when possible. You can leave at any time by updating your registrar's NS records away from ns1.aigw.app / ns2.aigw.app; once resolvers expire the cached delegation, you're disconnected.

Liability

aigw is provided as-is during beta. We're not liable for downstream losses from DNS outages, misconfigured records, or anything else. Use mission-critical features like health-checked pools and GEO routing with judgement; test before you point real traffic.
